Where is the compliance plate?

It is usually a sticker or label on the back of the TV showing the model number, serial number, voltage details and approval markings. A clear photo helps avoid delays.

  • Make sure the model and serial number are readable.
  • Include the TV brand and screen size if you know it.
  • Briefly describe what the TV is doing or not doing.
